Dividing properties, 1873
Dividing the properties in Mirhamam of Kurk, between Sulayman Khan Sarhang [the colonel] and Bibi Hayat, daughter of Mirza ‘Abd al-Latif Shaykh al-Islam. Part of these property had been sold to Sulayman Khan by Haj Mirza Ibrahim, Haj Sayyid Yusuf, and Aqa Sayyid Ja‘far, and parts of it was transferred from Sulayman Khan to Bibi Hayat as her mahr.

Khanum Kuchak's deposition, 1898
Khanum Kuchak, daughter of Mashhadi ‘Ali ‘Askar, states that she has received all her mahr from her husband, ‘Ali Asghar, and settles any possible claims for some white crystal candies. She has also received seven tumans for the expenses during the waiting period. Khanum Kuchak’s mother, Fatimah, daughter of Karbalayi Isma‘il from Khaminah, and her uncle, Karbalayi Muhammad ‘Ali, have also underwritten this settlement.

Marriage contract of Khavar and Haydar, 1919
Marriage contract of Khavar, daughter of the late ‘Ali Akbar, and Karbalayi Haydar, son of the late Karbalayi ‘Ali Quli; the mahr is fifty tumans, some gold worth ten tumans, some copperware worth five tumans, a carpet worth five tumans, a male servant/slave worth five hundred tumans, one-sixth of a house in Faridun Bayg along with a piece of land adjacent to it, and one female slave, dated February 16, 1919. On December 18, 1925, Khavar settles her mahr with her husband for two thousand [dinars] and some sugar cubes as he has taken her several times for pilgrimage to the holy shrines in Iraq.

Settlement of inheritance from Zayn al-‘Abidin's wife, 1914
Zayn al-‘Abidin Khan on behalf of himself and his seven children, sells one-fourth of the properties in Sar Bizhan, Kirman, to Salar Nusrat Ghulamhusayn Khan for one thousand and one hundred and eighty tumans and some wheat. Zayn al-‘Abidin Khan’s wife and her sister, wife of Hasan ‘Ali Khan, had inherited half of the Sar Bizhan properties from their late father, Muhammad Ibrahim Khan, which were divided equally between the two. The share of the late wife of Zayn al-‘Abidin Khan was inherited by her husband and seven children: four daughters (wives of Mirza Hasan Khan, Khan Baba Khan, Riza...
